    Antique Westinghouse Type PC Portable Iron Loss AC Voltmeter 1916 Cal
    Last and only calibration date on the instruction sheet is 1916.  Two ranges: 125 & 250 Volts
    This unit has a heavy transformer attached to inside of the bottom of the case. Overall weight is 30 pounds and dimensions are: 12x8x8"
    A previous owner had taken out the 4 bolts holding the transformer (likely thinking that was how you remove the meter section from the case -- but get inside by first removing the front panel and then the 4 screws holding the meter plate). It was a challenge to put in the 4 new bolts to hold the transformer, but needed to do that in order to ship it.
    There is a loose wire inside and it looks like there was an attempt to solder it at several places on a wirewound resistor without success -- so resistor is damaged
