today is one Crompton Instruments Gauge type 078-05.
This item measures up to 15,000 pounds by the thousand. This comes from commercial fishing equipment and I an unfamiliar with it's utility. The pertinent info iscontained in the photos. This is new item not found in the original box.
As this is a unique item I ask that you check the pics carefully and ask all questions about this item before you purchase it.
This gauge has a 3 3/4" face and is 4 1/2" square  It has the rubber gasket but no fasteners.
I have another gauge similar to this which came together with this one, and the control box which
contained them. Brand name METROX, it is available in my eBay store.
