Fluke 845AB High Impedance Voltmeter - Null Detector
This has a mark on the meter face and some of the knobs are chipped but otherwise in good physical condition.
The NiCad batteries have been removed so you can only use it on the AC mode.
The unit works with the following exceptions:
There is a -3 to -5 uV offset that cannot be nulled out.
This starts to show up on ranges of 100 uV and lower.
Photo 3 shows measuring a 1.353 V battery on the 3 V range.
Photo 4 shows the zero offset on the 10 uV range with the zero knob fully clockwise. This is the offset I mentioned.
Photo 5 shows a measurement of 300 uV on the 300 uV range.
Photo 6 shows a measurement of 200 uV on the 300 uV range.
Photo 7 shows a measurement of 60 mV on the 100 mV range.
