Here we have a nice used hand op sheet metal shear

The way this is designed you can cut any length of steel, it does not have a limited throat depth like some shears. It also has a hand operated adjustable gauge to set cutting width. Model Number 3 but I do not see a name on it.
Definitely US made, very old and most likely an antique judging by the cast iron legs. I am guessing at the cutting capacity but it is at least 16 gage. Blade Length is 5-3/4" Height is 75" when the handle is straight up On wheels
