    This is a new old stock meter that was in with a bunch of old test equipment, much of it from the 1940s & '50s. I assume this is also from that time period, but I don't know that for sure. I searched on the NSN and found the specs for this online. "77221" is on it, which I believe was manufactured by Phaostron.
