You will receive the exact unit pictured.
Unit is used and has some wear. There are a few old stickers present, and one of the insert holders has a split to its covering (see pic)... along with some average signs of use such as scratches and scuffs  and it would benefit from a thorough cleaning - but overall decent condition.
The side clasps are in working order as are both handles.
