Does NOT include an inner basket/tray (I've seen photos of these with a center insert that fits over the bottom vent holes). I noticed what looks like a dent on one side near one of the handle hinges, if you look at the photos you can see the top edge of the container bottom is pushed in a little near the corner and also the lid is as well (wasn't readily noticeable and the lid still fits either direction as it is within the width of the gasket channel).  I don't have any experience with using anything like this (came from a storage unit).  Shows wear but appears undamaged.
